Building Restoration Inc. is currently seeking a Foreman/Crew Leader with the following qualifications/experience:

  • Experienced in construction industry.
  • Hands-on supervisor.
  • Requiring minimal project assistance.
  • Must be capable of running projects to specifications, schedules & within budget.
  • Reliable, regular, predictable attendance.
  • Works cooperatively with others.
  • Have leadership abilities to maintain efficiency & high-quality workmanship from crew.
  • Follow company safety procedures/practices.
  • Able to provide own transportation to/from job site and maintain a valid State of Michigan Driver’s License & Chauffeur’s License
  • Able to lift 80 pounds.
  • Able to work at heights exceeding 40 feet.
  • Maintains proper control of company vehicles, equipment, materials, tools, etc.
  • Self-starter & motivated to learn.
  • Communicate with written efficiency.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • MUST BE DRUG FREE

In conjunction with Project Manager, the Foreman/Crew Leader is responsible for onsite performance (quality, cost and schedule) of the job(s) to which they are assigned. Responsible for running multiple jobs at any given time.

Wage: Starting at $25/hr
